Preparation of wheat 

EVREN UN uses 100% Turkish wheat in all its products. Wheat is purchased from producers in the region and offered to industrial or home users.

B After the weighing scale is made, it is stored in silos by mechanical elevators. Each of our silos is made of steel, 20 meters high, 250 tons capacity. Silos are protected against moistening of wheat

Cleaning wheat 

It waits in many places until it reaches our wheat silos and truck tractor etc. It is carried by many vehicles. Make sure that the wheat is clean and free from residues before grinding. Before the grinding process is started, wheat is prepared by going through various cleaning stages and tests.

The residues that are relatively large and can be removed immediately are cleaned first. Then, wheat is passed through a separator and separated from other unwanted parts. This process is a series of sieving processes, it is the removal of large residues such as any stone and residues such as smaller dust and soil. After the grains are cleaned and washed, they are sorted in metal pieces that can be mixed with wheat during transportation.

Grinding stage

The grinding process starts with the improvement process by removing the cleaned wheat from the silos and adding water. This process facilitates the grinding of wheat. Inversely rotating rollers break the grains. The adjustment of the rollers is just to open the shell without crushing the passing particles.

The opened grains are passed through a series of rotating sieves, thereby breaking into several pieces. The best of these parts is flour. At this stage, flour particles are still large. It is passed through straight rollers for further reduction. The stage is completed with the improvement of flour.

Packaging stage 

The most important of the various products obtained after the last grinding stage is flour. In addition to flour, dandruff is also obtained. And these products are stored in different areas.

Flour is loaded into a specially designed tanker for companies with large consumption. the universe is capable of flour tanker shipments of large parts of Turkey. The capacity of the tanker is 25 tons.

Produced other flours are packed in retail sales for the four corners of Turkey's shipped. EVREN UN has a wide product range from 1 kg to 50 kg.
